This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes with solicitation number 12505B24Q0057 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-06 This is a total small business set aside with NAICS 424710 - Petroleum Bulk Stations and Terminals with a size standard of 225 employees Line items – 0001 Diesel Fuel – 97,000 gallons Procurement is for up to 97,000 gallons of diesel fuel. Further details specified in the attached statement of work contained within terms and conditions. Delivery date – Initial shipment within 24 hours of contract award. Other deliveries as required. The Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is applicable to this acquisition and is further detailed in the attached terms and conditions.
