This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0040 is for sheep shearing services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 115210 (Support Activities for Animal Production) with a small business size standard of under $11.0 Million. The applicable PSC is R416 (Support- Professional: Veterinary/Animal Care). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to award a multi-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0040”) and/or title ("Sheep Shearing Services IDIQ") in the subject line, body, or attachments. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed SF1449 and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes.
