THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The USDA/ARS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract with a base year and four option years under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Costa Rica Seeds SA 150 mt O Escuela de Paso Lajas Canas, Guanacaste 195700 The objective of this sole source award is to procure the following items: Winter nursery services for soybeans The NAICS code for this requirement is 111110; the small business size standard $1M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All information received by 3:00 PM CDT on February 7, 2022 will be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Kristen Turner at Kristen.turner@usda.gov.
