The solicitation document, with the incorporated clauses and provisions, is issued in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 15 and 36 and will be incorporated in the awarded firm-fixed price contract. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to for exterior building repairs at the USDA National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research, 1815 North University Street, Peoria, IL 61604. PROJECT SCOPE: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, and materials to repair the building exterior envelope, replacement of windows and associated work components in accordance with this Statement of Work, Project Specifications and Project Drawings.
