Notice of Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns: This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $39.50 million. Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 150 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds: Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are required. Site Visit: Organized site visits are scheduled for April 20 and 21, 2021 at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) and 1:00 PM CDT on both days. Attendance is limited to 10 people per site visit. Face coverings must be worn at all times. The site visit will be held at the project location. The same information will be provided at all site visits, so offerors only need to attend one. In order to attend the site visit, you MUST pre-register by 3:00 PM CDT on April 16, 2021. PROJECT SCOPE: This requirement is for miscellaneous repairs to include replacing existing windows, gutters and downspouts, existing water heater, unit heaters in the shop, dryer vent, three existing kitchen type sink bases, cabinets, countertops, sinks, and faucet assemblies; repainting the building; removing vinyl composition tile in the shop; applying a floor coating in the shop; installing new floor drain covers in the shop; and removing existing roof insulation tape and replacing with new. Complete specifications will be provided in the Statement of Work. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Site visits are scheduled for April 20 and 21 at 9:00 AM CDT and 1:00 PM CDT both days.
