The USDA/ARS intends to award a Firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source, to: Meter Group, Inc. USA 2365 NE Hopkins Court Pullman, WA 99163 Description of Requirement: The objective of this sole source award is to procure the following items: Item 40899 ZL6 Cellular Data Logger, 8 each; Item 40271-S Water Potential Sensor TEROS 21 Gen 2, 24 each The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516; the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
