This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 12505B21Q0027 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 561720 (Janitorial Contractors). This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. For a small company to qualify as a small business, the small business standard is 16.5 M. The USDA, ARS, Soil Management Research lab in Morris, Minnesota has a need for Janitorial services. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract for the following item as identified in the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 1: Janitorial Services per attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a Base Year and Four (4) Option years.
