This award will be made utilizing FAR 17.207 (Exercise of Options) and FAR 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). The USDA-ARS National Animal Disease Center (NADC) in Ames, IA has a continuous need for a service to provide HALO SIMS coverage for HALO 6 Module Seat software license. The USDA-ARS) Midwest Area (MWA) Administrative Office's Acquisitions & Personal Property/Fleet Team in Peoria, IL on behalf of the USDA-ARS NADC Office in Ames, IA intends to make a firm fixed price, sole source award by exercising the option years of the purchase order (PO) # 12505B21P0113 under the authority of FAR 17.207 and FAR 52.217-9, to: Indica Labs Inc 8700 Education Pl NW Bldg b, Albuquerque, NM 87114 The anticipated period of performance is as follows: Option year 2: August 19, 2023 through August 18, 2024. Option year 3: August 19, 2024 through August 18, 2025. Option year 4: August 19, 2025 through August 18, 2026. The NAICS code for this requirement is 513210 (Software Publishers) with a small business size standard of less than $47.0 Million. The PSC code for this requirement is J066. NO solicitation or solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations; however, interested vendors that regard themselves as capable of providing services that can fulfill the requirements are invited to submit responses to the Government for consideration.
