(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period will be 90 days with an estimated start date of May. (5) The NAICS code for this requirement is 238160 – Roofing contractors (6) A site visit is scheduled for 5 February 2020 at 1000. Location for the site visit is 100 Van Morgan Drive, Golden Pond, KY 42211. (7) Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 1500 10 February 2020. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michelle.r.reed@usda.gov. Answers will be provided no later than 1500 CST 12 February 2020. Proposals received after the date set for receipt of proposals will be rejected. Proposals must be valid for 60 days after due date.
