This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period for this service is to be determined. (5) The NAICS code for this requirement is 238120 – Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors with a small business size standard of $10 million. (6) A site visit is not planned at this time. (7) Questions regarding this solicitation must be received no later than 1500 CST 15 January 2020. Questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Michelle Reed at michelle.r.reed@usda.gov. Answers will be provided no later than 1500 CST 16 January 2020. (8) Proposals are due on or before 1500 CST 17 January 2020. Proposals received after the date set for receipt of proposals will be rejected. Proposals must be valid for 60 days after due date. (10) The Government will award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offer(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
