The Cherokee National Forest, Ocoee Ranger District, 3171 HWY 64, Benton, TN 37307 in Polk County, TN has a requirement Vault and Septic Toilet Pumping Services. The contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump vault toilets and dispose of all waster products (organic and inorganic). The approximate performance for the awarded contract, will be the award date through June 29, 2020. The Government anticipates up to three (3) contracts - Base, Option Year 1 and Option year 2. Procurement will be a 100% set aside for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services ) with a small business size standard of $7.5M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract. Site Visit - Offerors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to visit the areas in all locations before proposing. Contract award shall be made on a “Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA)” basis IAW FAR 15.101-2 as supplemented. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Offeror whose proposal is considered responsive and with an Acceptable Factor I - Technical and Acceptable Factor II - Past Performance rating.
