This solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, Effective 20 Dec 2018. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 115310 (Support Activities for Forestry) with a small business size standard of $7.5M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). SEE ATTACHED SF1449 FOR SOLICATION PARTICULARS. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS IN FAR PROVISION 52.212-1 AND 52.212-2 AND ADDENDUM. NO BONDING IS REQUIRED. Period of Performance: The Base Period will begin at award and the Government anticipates a 12 month performance period. Each successive Option Year Period (if exercised) is anticipated to be a 12 month performance period and will begin immediately upon expiration of the previous performance period. Notice to Offerors: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.

The Contractor shall provide road maintenance and equipment rental with operator. Such as ditch and culvert cleaning, hand placing riprap, road reconditioning (with & without scarifying), culvert installation , seeding, & gate installation. Also furnish various types of equipment with operator. Perform road maintenance and equipment rental on an “as-needed”, requirements basis.
