The Cherokee National Forest, Ocoee Ranger District, 3171 HWY 64, Benton, TN 37307 in Polk County has a requirement for Soil, Water and Wildlife Area Rehabilitation Services. The Contractor shall furnish labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform all operations necessary. Perform soil, water and wildlife area rehabilitation on an “as-needed”, requirements basis. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule (multiple year). The approximate performance for the awarded contract, will be the award date through March 31, 2020. The Government anticipates up to three (3) contracts - Base, Option Year 1 and Option year 2. Procurement will be a 100% set aside for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 115112 (Support Activities for Forestry) with a small business size standard of $7.5M. Please ensure you have or have added this NAICS in System for Award Management (SAM). The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract. Site Visit - Offerors are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to visit the areas in all locations before proposing. Contract award shall be made on a “Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA)” basis IAW FAR 15.101-2 as supplemented. Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Offeror whose proposal is considered responsive and with an Acceptable Factor I - Technical and Acceptable Factor II - Past Performance rating.
