The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program has a requirement for air compressors in our Lubbock, Texas office. The Request for Quotes is attached with specific information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, the RFQ is attached. This is a total small business set-aside. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. A trade-off process will be used to evaluate offers. To be awarded this contract, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). Registration in SAM is free. Read the RFQ in its entirety. Instructions are found in Section E. You must submit the required documents stated in Section E or your proposal will be deemed non-responsive. Quotes are due on March 4, 2022 at 10:00 am eastern time. Proposals may be submitted via email to BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov. Any questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing by February 28, 2022 at noon eastern times.
