The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Cotton and Tobacco Program is seeking a contractor to obtain technical consulting contractor support in cotton classification instrumentation, fiber measurement, automation, and data management for improving service delivery, reliability, efficiency, and for modernizing Program operations into the future. This is 100% small business set-aside with a NAICS Code of 541611 and size standard of $16.5 millioin. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is attached. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). Proposals are due on March 8, 2021 at 2:00 pm eastern time.
