This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 12474021Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $19.5 million in annual receipts. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is attached. The Government intends to award a contract for janitorial services in Florence, South Carolina in accordance with FAR 13.303 and the reference statement of Work resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is provides the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors included. The evaluation factors are: Relevant Experience, Past Performance, Technical Approach (Ability to meet the requirements of the SOW); and Price. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award. Registration in SAM is free and can be found at www.SAM.gov. Registration must be “ACTIVE” at the time of award.
