The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, Cotton and Tobacco Program has a need for a second conveyor system in the Memphis cotton classing office located at 3275 Appling Road, Memphis, TN 38133. USDA plans to award a contract to the original contractor of the first conveyance system, Integrated Solutions. A copy of the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses to this notice must be received by Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM central time. Responses must be submitted to BeverlyS.Brown@usda.gov.
