The US Forest Service has a requirement to repair erosion damage on roads that had rutted, wash-boarded, and have potholes. The project is located on the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Andrew Pickens Ranger District, 112 Andrew Pickens Circle, Mt. Rest, SC 29664 in Oconee County. The period of performance will be for 90 days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required of the Awardee; a Bid Guarantee will be required. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Government plans to award one Firm Fixed Priced contract. The solicitation will be available on this site on or about 10 June 2020. A preproposal site visit will be held; see Section L of the Solicitation Body. The is no incumbent to this project.
