The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for various services (as described in Attachment 2, SOW) to be performed for the Red-Cockaded Woodpecker (RCW) at the Savannah River Site (SRS), located in Ellenton, SC (Aiken County). This solicitation could result in one or multiple IDIQ contracts. The IDIQ contract(s) will consist of a 12-month base period and four 12- month option periods (if exercised). Forest Service (FS) reserves the right to award one or multiple IDIQ contracts from this solicitation. Additionally, FS may award similar line items to multiple contractors. This procurement is set aside 100% for small businesses. The prospective awardees must possess a valid Fish and Wildlife Permit for Red cockaded woodpeckers and be authorized to work in South Carolina.
