The resultant contract will be a 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods. One contract will be awarded in accordance with the evaluation factors in the solicitation. Note: "The Contractor's Quality Control Representative with signatory authority shall be required to report to the project location within a two hour response period for meetings and security purposes.”
