The intent of this solicitation is to award single firm-fixed priced contract with a base plus four option years for Feral Hog Removal on the USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Long Cane Ranger District, 810 Buncombe Street, Edgefield, SC 29824 in Abbeville, Greenwood, McCormick, Edgefield, and Saluda Counties. Hogs will be trapped, shot, and removed from the Long Cane Ranger District. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform these services in accordance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this solicitation and resultant contracts. All supplies used will be in accordance with the Sustainable Acquisition Policy (FAR 23.1) and Environmentally Preferable Products and Services (FAR 23.7), as applicable. Base Year: 15 February 2020, or date of award, whichever is later, through 14 February 2021 Option Year 1: 15 February 2021 – 14 February 2022 Option Year 2: 15 February 2022 – 14 February 2023 Option Year 3: 15 February 2023 – 14 February 2024 Option Year 4: 15 February 2024 – 14 February 2025

The intent of this solicitation is to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Feral Hog Removal on the USDA Forest Service, Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests, Long Cane Ranger District, 810 Buncombe Street, Edgefield, SC 29824 in Abbeville, Greenwood, McCormick, Edgefield, and Saluda Counties. Awardees will be issued BPA Calls when feral hogs are to be removed within a period of performance. Hogs will be trapped or shot and removed from the Long Cane Ranger District. Unless annotated in the Statement of Work, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform these services in accordance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this solicitation and resultant BPA. All supplies used for this BPA will be in accordance with the Sustainable Acquisition Policy (FAR 23.1) and Environmentally Preferable Products and Services (FAR 23.7), as applicable. The resultant BPA will be a base plus four option years. There is no incumbent. The solicitation will be posted on the beta.SAM website (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about 21 January 2020.
