The US Forest Service has a requirement for a Plant Survey Blanket Purcahse Agreement (BPA) for the Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests and the Savanah River Site in the state of South Carolina. Work to be covered under this BPA includes monitoring, mapping and inventorying of a variety of different plants on the Forest lands. The BPA will be a 12 month base period with 4 one year options. The maximum to be awarded is $900,000.00 over the lifetime of the BPA. The government expects to make multiple awards under this solicitation. No site visit is scheduled. Interestd Parties may contact the Points Of Contact listed on the schedule of items to view the area. There are two projects attached to this solicitation. Contractors must submit a price proposal on at least one of the projects to be considered. This is a 100% set aside for small businesses Offerors must be regisetred and active in SAM atthe time proposals are due.
