The final quote must include shipping and handling to the following address: ATTN: Kathy Flowers USDA FS Coweeta Hydrology Lab 3160 Coweeta Lab Rd. Otto, NC 28763-8705 In accordance with FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal shall apply to this requirement. The salient characteristics of the Li-Cor Model LI-7810 CH4/CO2/H2 Portable Gas analyzer must be matched at minimum to be determined acceptable. Potential offerors must submit data sheets and the specifications on the gas analyzer detailing the following capabilities: Analyzer must be capable of displaying concentration measurements and status updates on-board. External filter replacement capabilities is required. Must be capable of Wi-Fi and Wired Ethernet connectivity for direct connection. Must also be weather resistant and include rechargeable battery that has 24 hours of battery power. Potential offerors must email Contract Specialist: Chandria Fulghum the capability specifications of the gas analyzer. The quote shall include shipping and handling.
