The resultant contract shall consis... The USDA Forest Service SRS Hot Springs, AR Lab has a requirement for a Lawn Maintenance Firm Fixed Price Service Contract. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The resultant contract shall consist of a 12 month base period with the potential of 4 additional 12 month option periods. The contractor shall be responsible to provide all necessary safety precautions, supervision, staffing, equipment, tools, transportation, and all necessary provisions in order to complete the work in accordance with the contract Statement of Work. There is a pre-bid meeting scheduled for Januray 7, 2019 at 10:00 am local time. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory however highly encouraged.
