Contractor will perform an annual inspection/servicing on the large greenhouse at the Southern Hardwoods Laboratory, 432 Stoneville Road, Stoneville, Mississippi. Contractor is to provide all materials, tools, labor, supervision, transportation, and all incidental items needed to perform maintenance and repair on the large greenhouse. All waste materials shall become property of the contractor and be removed from Government premises. Any additional charges related to non-routine maintenance and repair shall be presented in advance for approval. Work schedule shall be coordinated with Emile Gardiner, phone (662) 336-4820.
