Contractor is to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, and materials necessary to perform all required lawn maintenance services for the Southern Research Station, Center for Bottomland Hardwoods Research located in Oxford, MS. Physical address is 1000 Front Street, Oxford, MS 38655. The contract will be awarded for a twelve month Base Period and four (4) twelve month Option Periods. Mowed area is estimated to be approximately 4.2 acre. The contract requires the selected individual to provide lawn care maintenance/services as described in this Statement of Work, twice per month. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit will be schedule for April 10th 2019 at 10:00 A.M.
