The contract will be awarded for a Base Year with four (4) Option Years. The contract will be a Fixed?Price Contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies and materials (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein.
