The Government's estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000 100% Small Business Set-Aside Period of Performance is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. This soliciation is currently "Subject To Availability of Funds" Work includes but is not limited to: Clearing and Grubbing, Road Excavation, Drainage Excavation, Delivery/Spreading/Compacting ABC Gravel on road, roadway reconditioning, Regrade road and ditches, culvert replacement, construction of french drain, reinforce fillslope, remove and dispose of landslide material. A bid bond will be required to be submitted with the proposal. A performance and payment bond will be required from the successful offeror 15 days after award. Bid Bond will be 20% of base bid items. Site Visit: March 15, 2019 11:00am ET Site Visit Location: From Albermarle take SR 24/27 East to SR 1150, turn Left on SR 1150, travel North to Uwaharrie and the intersection of SR 109, turn left on SR 109, continue north to SR 1153, Turn left on SR 1153,Travel a short distance on SR 1153 to the intersection FS576, Uwharrie Hunt camp will be on your left.
