ALERT: Due to COVID-19 Precautionary Measures, all quotes must be submitted to: cynthia.granderson@usda.gov. Mississippi National Forests Cadastral Survey IDIQ The National Forests anticipates an opportunity to provide Cadastral Surveying Services within the National Forests in Mississippi. This work will include delineation and marking the legal property boundary of National Forest System lands. Professional services required may include, but are not limited to, corner search, monumentation and perpetuation of property corners and controlling corners associated with the surveys, control measurements, section subdivision, and boundary line marking. Work will range from small lot surveys to multi-sectional work. The Forest Service anticipates award of up to four (4) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity basic contracts for a period not to exceed five years, with a maximum cumulative total of $3,000,000.00. Individual task orders will be issued against a contract as program needs arise. The yearly task order totals may not necessarily be divided evenly among the awardees. The government guarantees to purchase a minimum of $2,500.00 in services for the contract period. During the period specified the Government shall place task orders totaling a minimum of $2,500.00, but not in excess of $250,000.00 per individual task order. This solicitation is being set aside for Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541370. The Small Business Administration size standard is $16.5 million Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FBO website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the project on time and on schedule.
