Davis Lake Paving Project The Tombigbee National Forest, Tombigbee Ranger District in Mississippi is proposing to construct an asphalt parking area with sidewalks approximately 6,200 square feet in size for the purpose of providing parking around the bath house and parking for boat trailers at Davis Lake. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform installation of the parking lot in accordance with the specification and exhibits in this contact and current industry standard. Contractor is responsible for insuring all equipment meets State, Federal, and Local Laws. A Map of Davis Lake showing the project area is attached. CONTRACT TIME: 365 days from the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000 (Bid Bond not required if bid under $35k) PROJECT LOCATION: Davis Lake is located 21 miles South of Tupelo, MS and 12 miles North of Houston, MS, in New Houlka, MS, Chickasaw County SITE VISIT: A pre-bid tour is not scheduled but may be scheduled upon your request.
