This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of approximately 2400 SF of vinyl flooring at the Rhinelander Forest Science Lab in Wisconsin, following asbestos abatement. The contract is set aside for small business concerns and includes all parts and labor for the installation. The work will be performed at 5985 County Hwy-K, Rhinelander, WI 54501. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by 3/06/2026 at 2 PM ET.
