The GAOA SUF Bunkhouse Replacement at Seagull Guard Station acquisition and source selection are being conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Parts 15 and FAR Part 36. The GAOA SUF Bunkhouse Replacement at Seagull Guard Station project is to build a bunkhouse structure. The proposed project address is 11456 Gunflint Trail Grand Marais, MN 55604. The project includes but is not limited to the following Work: 1. Demolish existing bunkhouse and construct a new bunkhouse including all associated appliances, construction and connection to utilities, water, wastewater/septic, communication lines, etc. 2. Prefabricated modular structure as the basis for design. Manufacturing the bunkhouse, site work and landscaping, transporting and placing on site, connecting and constructing all applicable utilities, final construction and grading, and all other services and construction to produce a final useable product. Performance period is expected to not exceed 12 months after date of award. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Project Location: TThe proposed project address is the U.S. Forest Service Superior National Forest Seagull Guard Station located at 11456 Gunflint Trail Grand Marais, MN 55604. Solicitations are anticipated to be posted 16 July 2025, closing 16 August 2025. Plans, drawing, Specifications and any other pertinent documentation will be posted on SAM.gov under solicitation 12445525R0011. This procurement will be total small business set-aside. There will not be any reimbursements by the government for solicitation documents. Solicitation documents are the responsibility of contractors and companies submitting them.
