PLEASE SEEK NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR REQUIREMENT. This Presolicitation notice has ended. (1) The proposed work is to provide construction services for furnishing and installing one two span box beam bridge system on FR 135 Tea Creek Campground Bridge Replacement. The work shall include, but not be limited to, construction survey and staking, E&S, clearing and grubbing, installation of cofferdams and dewatering the site, excavation for placement of riprap, removal of existing structure, installation of bridge structure, micro piling design and installation, roadway subbase and aggregate, asphalt cement, guardrail, and riprap armoring. Other construction activities to be expected are turbidity monitoring, in-channel Perimeter Control – Fish Relocation fish removal, candy darter monitoring and capturing, and stream rehabilitation. (2) The location of the work is Pocahontas County, West Virginia (3) Tentative date for issuing the solicitation is 21 January 2025 (4) Specifications and plans will be available on sam.gov under solicitation 12445525R0004 (5) Requests for proposals are expected to be due by the end of February 2025 unless necessary extensions are discovered and posted (6) Award is restricted to small businesses (7) Solicitation documents are available at no cost
