This RFQ does contain technical evaluation factors. Refer to Section L for details on what to submit as part of your quote. There is no formal site visit scheduled for this project. Contractors are expected to schedule their own time to inspect the worksite before quoting. Contact information for scheduling a site visit may be found in Section L.
