Location: 382 Brooklyn Road, Mt. Tabor, VT 05739 The project consists of the removal of all four (4) propane furnaces, four (4) A/C condensing units, and water heater and replacing them with four (4) new propane furnaces, 4 new A/C condensing units, and new water heater in the Mt. Tabor Crew Quarters on the Manchester District on the Green Mountain National Forest. There is an optional bid item included in this contract (replacing four (4) exhaust fans).
