The USDA Forest Service anticipates issuing an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. It is the intent of this contract to procure water and electrical utility work for the Chippewa National Forest. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, and incidentals to perform all work necessary. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at the System for Award management (https://SAM.gov) on or about April 11, 2025. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through sam.gov. The resulting contract magnitude is anticipated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, the size standard is $45.0Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates.
