The existing concrete block retaining wall will be removed. A new, tiered boulder wall will be constructed to expand the main beach area. The bottom landing on the main concrete stair will be reconstructed. A kayak boat roller system will be installed on the existing west staircase. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, construction staking, SESC, cofferdams, clearing and grubbing, removal of block wall, aggregate base placement, sheet pile, miscellaneous concrete structures, landscape boulders, placing topsoil and restoration. Kneff Lake CG Day Use Area, Crawford County, MI AMEND 0001: corrects line item 0001AP quantity, revised schedule of items is posted, and extends due date for bids to 11/14/2023 by 2 pm Eastern.
