Load, deliver, and install a government supplied, 50’ temporary bridge and wooden abutments from Black Mountain storage site off FR 86 to FR 914A Hacking Run Road near Richwood, WV. Bridge shall be set to span stream with final grade of deck set 1 ft – 1.5 ft above the existing road grade on each side of the stream. Installation shall include furnishing materials, equipment, and labor to construct stone (est. of 100 -150 tons of 1 ½” agg.) approaches at each end of structure, blending bridge elevation to existing road elevation.
