This requirement is being solicited under Part 14 – Sealed Bidding, in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The USDA Forest Service (FS), Superior National Forest , has a requirement for road construction and culvert replacements. The work will take place in Cook County, MN. This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237310 — Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. Invitation for Bid (IFB) for this acquisition will be released on or about April 8, 2024, and will close approximately 30 days after. This acquisition will be competed as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. This Pre-solicitation Notice seeks to provide information to interested parties about potential opportunity to construct new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs for road and other transportation related repair and construction services. This Presolicitation Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Presolicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Presolicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party's expense.
