It is the intent of this solicitation to secure Road and General Construction Services required for the Chequamegon/Nicolet National Forest for a five year period. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary. Tasks will consist mostly of projects such as culvert replacement, spot filling, gravel placement, bridge repair and general construction. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of this Request for Proposal. The not-to-exceed total contract value is $7,000,000. The guaranteed minimum amount for the contract is $1,000. NAICS: 237310, the size standard is $45Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates. Solicitation number: 12445523R0011.
