The USDA Forest Service, anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. It is the intent of this contract to secure Road and General Construction Services required for the Chippewa National Forest for a five year period. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-Furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary. Tasks will consist mostly of projects such as culvert replacement, spot filling, gravel placement, bridge repair and general construction. The solicitation and related documents will ONLY be available for download at website SAM.GOV on or about May 22, 2023. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Interested vendors should register to receive notifications through this site. The Government may award one or more contracts as a result of this Request for Proposal. The not-to-exceed total contract value is $7,000,000. The guaranteed minimum amount for the contract is $1,000. NAICS: 237310, the size standard is $45Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the USDA Forest Service. Projects will be at multiple locations throughout the Chippewa National Forest.
