This project consists of mobilization of personnel, equipment, materials and supplies. Other items included but not limited to: construction surveying and staking, temporary erosion control, bonding, insurance, permit fees, closeout procedures including record drawings, submittals, operations and maintenance manuals and material submittal and final cleaning, field office and staff, temporary utilities,site clean-up, waste disposal, field office vehicles and their operational costs, superintendent, safety and QC costs. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Provide and install 7’ chain-link security fence. 2. Repair existing 6’ security fence 3. Provide and install 2 double swinging gates and a walkout gate. 4. Provide and install automatic closures on double swinging gate 1 (Optional Bid Item 1). 5. Provide and install automatic closures on double swinging gate 2 (Optional Bid Item 2). 6. Restore all areas disturbed by construction operations. PROJECT LOCATION Poplar Bluff Ranger District Office 1420 Maud St Poplar Bluff MO 6390 A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this project. All technical questions shall be emailed to Carol Northrop, Contract Specialist at carol.northrop@usda.gov The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The estimated period of performance is 8/28/2023 through 10/12/2023.
