The old panel will have to be removed before the new can be installed all wiring needs to be hard piped into boxes. 600 and 100 AMP for 1960’s Wing does not provide a positive lock out tag out on circuit breakers and are too old. The breakers are not able to be replaced because company does not exist or make them anymore. This is a major safety concern when replacing any equipment or lighting in 1960’s wing.
