This project is for construction services for the Gunflint Ranger District East Bunkhouse Furnace Replacement loated on the Superior National Forest in Grand Marais, Minnesota. The project consists of replacing a forced air furnace with a propane fueled system, and all accessories and labor needed to provide a turnkey functional heating system as detailed in the specifications. A pre-proposal meeting will not be held for this project. All technical questions shall be emailed to Carol Northrop, Contract Specialist. carol.northrop@usda.gov Response date is set for 05/19/2023 before 4:00 p.m. ET. All quotes shall be submitted to Carol Northrop via email at carol.northrop@usda.gov. No hardcopy responses will be accepted. The potential start date for this project is June 12, 2023, with allowance of 60 days for project completion.
