The intent of this procurement action is to enter into multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under which roads maintenance work may be competed and BPA Calls for project work issued for construction and service projects up to $250K. Please do not respond to this announcement if you were awarded a BPA contract in 2022 for Region 9. All 2022 BPA contracts are active through 2032. This announcement is for the establishment of additional BPA contracts for the purpose listed above. There will not be a pre-quote meeting.
