This is anticipated to be posted by 3/10/23. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service announces an opportunity on the Monongahela National Forest for electrical improvements at the White Sulphur Springs Ranger District Office. The work is subject to the Construction Wage Rate Requirements statute, formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act, and is set-aside for small businesses. Quotes submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered. The solicitation is posted to SAM.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this solicitation or any follow up information requests.
