This work is planned on FR 561, FR 561A, and FR 211. An Optional bid item is for new road construction, clearing and grubbing, aggregate base and surface placement, new culvert installation, roadway reconditioning, and turf establishment for FR 211A. All work will be completed in accordance with Project Specification and work descriptions. The work includes: all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all operations for the work specified in the Project Specification and work descriptions. All work performed will be completed according to the Standard Specification for Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Projects FP-14, and the Forest Service Supplemental Specification to the FP-14 included as part of this contract. Project Location: Allegheny National Forest, Marienville Ranger District located in Forest County, Marienville, Pennsylvania 16239 The government estimate is: between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated period of performance: 08/28/2023 through 12/01/2023. A complete solicitation package will be posted to this announcement on or before 07/24/2023.
