The USDA Forest Service, White Mountain National Forest anticipates issuing a Request For Proposal (RFP) for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. The intent of the project is for the improvement of the access road, loop road, and parking area including relocation, reconstruction, and new pavement; repair and reconstruct a portion of the hiking trail; improvements to site drainage; and improve the picnic sites, site interpretation and kiosks at the Glen Ellis Day Use Recreation Area. Optional work items include the removal of the old vault toilet and the installation of a new concrete vault toilet. NAICS: 237310, Size standard is $39.5 Million. This project is being solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. All work is to comply with local, Federal, and State codes and is subject to applicable wage rates.
