The log repairs must follow the preservation guidelines established by the National Park Service Preservation Briefs. 2. Careful demolition of the existing East side porch and construct a new ADA compliant accessible ramp to the side entrance of the pavilion. 3. Repair (2) deteriorated logs of the log pavilion. One 9’6” section of 12” log and a 22’6” section of 16” sill log. There is an option to replace the entire section of sill log. 4. Replace the log rails on one side of the front porch to match existing. Project magnitude is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000 Solicitation documents will be available on this site on or about 07/11/2022.
