The project consists of removing and disposing of the existing Bridge 28 and installing a new replacement bridge in the same location. This announcement constitutes a Solicitation for construction, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13; no previous synopsis was posted subject to 13.105(a) with reference to the exception found at FAR 5.202(13). Interested offerors must be active in SAM.gov at the date and time quotes are due to be eligible for award. Quotes submitted by contractors without an active record in SAM.gov will not be considered.
